These General Conditions regulate the offering of services through the website www.expatv.es.By placing an order / request, the customer fully accepts these terms and conditions. The contract is considered finalized upon order confirmation via email.This website is not an online shop and cannot be used or assumed to be an online shop. Customer may submit an order request specifying the requirements which will be reviewed by ExpaTV and confirmed if viable.
As such the owner of this website reserves the right to cancel order if the requested by the customer specification of the order cannot be fulfilled.Orders are placed exclusively through our online booking form. To proceed, customers must provide accurate and up-to-date information. After submitting your order, you will receive an email confirmation with a summary of your request.The services offered via this website include configuration of the set-top-boxes as per customer request, which is required to watch TV channels.
ExpaTV is not a reseller of the set-top-boxes as such or any other devices.
ExpaTV does not take responsibility for faulty functionality of the applications installed on devices, which applications remain the property of the respective owners (e.g. streaming services providers / broadcasters).Images are provided by the manufacturer and may vary slightly depending on the device. If you have any questions, we recommend contacting customer service before placing an order.All prices are shown in euros (€). Invoices and payment receipts are available on request after order is completed. We reserve the right to modify prices and cancel fraudulent or erroneous orders.We accept payments by bank transfer or Bizum. The order is not considered confirmed until full payment has been received.Shipments are made via transport agencies from the European Union. The estimated delivery time will be indicated in detail for each product.The customer must ensure that there is a person available to receive the order at the indicated address or to pick it up if the delivery method is outside their home.Since the products are configured as per individual requirements, the following terms apply:
- the payment for the order must be paid in full at the time of confirming the order.
- the products cannot be returned and refund requests will not be accepted.
- the products have limited warranty (3 months). The warranty does not include the applications installed on devices, mechanical damage to hardware, software issues resulting from inappropriate or illegal use of devices, such as jailbreaking or any other misuse of devices.In case of lack of stock or inability to fulfill the order, the customer will be informed to agree on a new delivery date or a full refund of the amount paid.Any visible damage to the shipment must be reported to the delivering courier at the time of delivery and to ExpaTV within 24 hours of receipt, along with photographs.ExpaTV is not responsible for external technical incidents such as service interruptions, viruses, malware or causes beyond its direct control.All content, logos, images and texts are protected by copyright and industrial property rights, and are owned by ExpaTV or their respective owners.In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), personal data will be processed securely and confidentially. Customers may exercise their rights by contacting ExpaTV via email.
